摘要
为了适应CO_2激光器小型化的趋势和降低生产成本的要求,基于矩阵光学理论,提出并研究将众多根放电管轴对称平行安排,由紧凑的轴对称四镜腔提取激光的方案,并对谐振腔的传输特性和输出特性进行了分析和模拟。分析表明:在近场范围内,输出光束为多支靠得极近的光束并在放电管数量众多时可为一环形光束;在远场,输出光束合并为一条光束。
In order to miniaturize the device and decrease the cost of CO2 laser, based on the matrix optics theory, the project which extract laser through the compact axisymmetric four-mirrors cavity that combines by numerous axisymmetrically and parallel placed discharge tubes is presented and investigated, the characteristics of propagation and output have been analyzed and simulated as well. The results show that in the near-field, the multi-beam output are close arrangement, while the output beams are annular when there are many discharge tubes, in the far-field, those beams mentioned above combine into one.
