摘要
对林肯链霉菌原生质体进行He—Ne激光-紫外复合诱变,结果表明,复合诱变对该菌的原生质体有明显的致死作用。将诱变后的原生质体涂布含林可霉素浓度为15000tLg/mL的再生平板上,可获得抗性基因突变株。经筛选,得到一株遗传性状稳定的高产菌株SL-98-2^#-8,其摇瓶效价为3110μg/mL,比出发菌株SL-98-2#(2210μg/mL)提高了40.7%。
Streptmyces Lincolsis protoplast was irradiated by He Ne laser and UV compound mutagenesis. The result showed that compound mutagenesis had obvious lethal effect on Streptmyces Lincolsis protoplast. A high-yield strain of lincomycin named SL-98-2^#-8 was obtained by plate-screening which contained 15000μg/mL lincomycin and flask-screening, it's fermentation unit could reach 3110μg/mL,which increased by 40.7% compared with the strain of SL-98-2^#(2210μg/mL).
