胃电图波型与胃、十二指肠疾患关系的研究

Clinical Investigation on Coincidence of Specific Electrogastrogram Wave with Gastric and Duodenal Disorders

目的：在已往研究的基础上建立具有特异诊断意义的胃电图诊断标准。方法：分别以国内现行胃电图参考诊断标准和自拟的胃电图特异性波形诊断标准，比较了几种胃及十二指肠病变的胃电图诊断结果与胃镜及病理诊断结果的吻合率。结果：以胃电图中高耸快波为胃溃疡，以载棘高耸快波为十二指肠溃疡，以平缓波为Ⅰ型胃癌，以孤立高波为Ⅱ型胃癌的参考诊断标准，与胃镜及病理诊断结果的吻合率高于现行胃电图参考诊断标准的诊断结果。结论：以胃电图特异性波形作为胃及十二指肠病变的参考诊断标准优于国内现行标准，有应用价值。

bjcective: We established a new and more reasonable standard of electrogastrogram (EGG) for diagnosing some diseases of the stomach and duodenum. Methods: Using our specific EGG wave standard and the going EGG standard respectively, we compared the coincidence in diagnosing gastric and dudenal disorders by gastrofibroscope and pathology. Results: Our studies showed that taking high and quick wave for gastric ulcer, and high, quick wave with protuberance for duodenal ulcer; slow flat wave for type Ⅰ gastric carcinoma, seperate high wave for type Ⅱ carcinoma, were much more reasonable than taking the going EGG standard in diagnosing the above diseases. Conclusions: The effectiveness of our EGG specific wave diagnostic method was much higher than that of the diagnostic standard used now. 
