摘要
随着知识经济的到来,人力资本的重要作用日益显现。人力资本所有者分享企业所有权的方式越来越多,怎样管理好、发挥出企业中人才的潜能是最重要、最基本的职能,即以人为本的管理核心问题。而激励制度是调动员工积极性和创造性,充分发挥人力资本作用的有效手段。因此,企业如何运用激励机制激发员工的潜能就显得尤为重要了。
With the coming of a knowledge economy, human capital become more and more important. The ways of the owners of human capital sharing enterprise ownership become more and more. How to manage and develop the potential of enterprise talents is the most important and most basic function, that is people-oriented management core. The incentive system is the effective means to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity ofstaffand give full play to the role of human capital. Therefore, how to use incentive mechanisms to stimulate the potential of staff is particularly important.
