摘要
传统文化是中华民族在长期历史发展过程中,所创造的与生产力水平相适应的意识形态、各种制度和组织机构。我国的传统文化和企业文化有着密切关系。因此,塑造企业文化必须研究传统文化。企业在注重自己企业文化建设的同时,还应该积极发扬我国传统的思想工作优势,才能以强大的经济实力和崭新的风貌应对新世纪的挑战。
Traditional culture is the ideological level, the various systems and organizations in line with productivity created by the Chinese nation in the long course of historical development. China's traditional culture and corporate culture have a close relationship. Therefore, shaping corporate culture must study traditional culture. Enterprises should also actively promote China's traditional strengths of ideological work in the building of enterprise culture to deal with new challenges of the new century with strong economic strength and character.
