财经院校青年教师教学能力现状与成因分析

Analysis on the Teaching Abilities and Causes of Young Teachers in Financial Institutes

近年来,大批青年教师逐渐成为本科教学的新生力量,他们在课堂教学中存在着各种各样的问题,诸如:备课不充分、教学内容把握不当;课堂组织能力不强,缺少师生互动情景;教态不自然、语言表达能力欠佳;教学模式、方法单一;教学手段片面,多媒体课件使用不当等。究其原因主要有:缺乏严格系统的教学能力培训;不注重与学生的沟通交流;重科研轻教学的政策导向等。

Through the survey of young teachers＇ teaching abilities in financial institutions, we found the following problems in financial institutions： inadequate preparation; improper grasp of the teaching content; weak organizational capacity in classroom, lack of teacher-student interaction scenarios; unnatural state of education; poor language expression ability; single teaching model and method; one-sided teaching means, improper use of multimedia eourseware etc. The main reasons are： lack of strict training system for teaching ability; less attention to communicate with students; policy orientation of poor teaching and strong scientific research.
