摘要
以硝酸铁、硫酸锌为铁、锌矿物元素营养剂,利用大豆的生物富集作用,进行铁、锌微量元素的富集实验。实验营养液一次性浸种12h后,在22~25℃下发芽5d,结果表明,在实验营养液中,当Fe^3+浓度为1000mg/L和Zn^2+浓度为1000mg/L时,大豆发芽率和豆芽长势较好;同时,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测得营养豆芽中铁的含量是空白实验组豆芽的1.37倍,锌的含量是空白实验组豆芽的1.84倍,铁、锌富集效果较好。
In this study, using Fe (NO3 )3 and ZnSO4 as nutrition agent, bio-accumulation experiment of enriching the concentration of iron and zinc with soybean was done.Ln this experiment, nutrition solution was soaked seeds 12. hour in nutrition solution for one time,the bean sprouts came out 5 days under 22-25℃.The results showed that: under the nutrient solution of Fe^3 + concentration (1000mg/L) and Zn^2 + concentration ( 1000mg/L), the germination rate of soybean sprouts and growth were better.Then using the AAS to measure the iron content which was 1.37 times than blank group of bean sprouts and the zinc content was 1.84 times than the blank group.The enrichment results of iron and zinc were better.
