基于超临界流体萃取原理,通过单因素和正交实验确定了超临界CO2萃取树莓叶片精油的最佳工艺条件:原料粒度50目,萃取时间95min,温度35℃,压力20MPa。
Based on the basic principle of extraction with supercritical fluid, the condition for extracting oil from raspberry leaves was optimized through single factor tests and an orthogonal experiment.The optimum technological condition of extraction: particle size 50meshes, operating time 95min, temperature 35℃, working pressure 20MPa.
