论述了膳食纤维的国内外研究现状与发展趋势,包括膳食纤维的定义演化、常用测定方法、分离制备、改性及生理功能等。
This article reviewed the present situation and trend on dietary fiber in the word, including development of definition,the methods for routine analysis,the extraction, modification and physiotygical functions.
