处方药转换非处方药评价中有关药品不良反应检索的问题探讨

Study on the Retrieval of Adverse Drug Reaction in Prescription to Nonprescription Drugs Switch

通过对我国处方药转换非处方药评价工作中的药品不良反应检索进行系统分析,从检索申请人、检索范围、检索报告质量三个角度较全面地审视了处方药转换非处方药评价工作中药品不良反应检索存在的一些问题。针对现存主要问题,借鉴美国的相关经验,提出在处方药转换非处方药评价过程中,有关药品不良反应检索的改进对策和建议。

By analyzing the retrieval of adverse drug reaction（ADR） systematically in prescription to nonprescription drugs switch evaluation in China, scan the problems of the retrieval of ADR along with prescription to nonprescription drugs transformation evaluation from the ADR retrieval appli- cant, scope, and report quality these three aspects, and provide some suggestion for the retrieval of adverse drug reactions, so as to consummate the retrieval of ADR in prescription to nonprescription drugs switch evaluation in our country.
