茵桅黄注射液致过敏性休克16例文献分析

Literature Analysis of 16 Cases of Anaphylactic Shock Induced by Yinzhihuang Injection

目的探讨茵桅黄注射液致过敏性休克的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以"茵栀黄"、"休克"、"过敏反应"、"死亡"等为检索词进行检索,对文献中的有关数据进行统计与分析。结果检索到茵桅黄注射液致过敏性休克病例报告16例,多为迟发型过敏性休克,其中13例痊愈,3例死亡,死亡率18.8%。结论茵桅黄注射液导致的过敏性休克虽不多见,但死亡率较高,应引起临床高度重视。

Objective By investigating clinic features and regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by Yinzhihuang injection, to provide reference for rational use of drug. Methods Using the search terms ＂Yinzhihuang＂, ＂shock＂,＂ allergic reaction＂ and ＂death＂, to search and analyzed the case reports of anaphylactic shock induced by Yinzhihuang injection. Results We have retrieved 16 cases of the anaphylactic shock induced by Yinzhihuang injection, most of the cases are delayed type anaphylactic shock, 13 cases have recovered, 3 cases have died, the death rate is 18.8%. Conclusion The anaphylacdc shock with Yinzhihuang injection is unusual, hut the survival rate is very high, and should he highly emphasized by clinicians.
