It is advisable to choose the mass media that is the most active factor in the society as the best access to the measures of controlling the offence on the macro level in the process of constructing the harmonious society. The mass media has an effect on the crime more and more obviously, which plays an important role in building the social environment. Consequently controlling offence can be achieved through strict censorship of the film and television programs and the correct direction of public opinion.
