摘要
新修订的律师法赋予律师完整的参与刑事诉讼的权利,使控辩双方趋于平等,这即给检察机关公诉工作带来机遇,也带来挑战。检察机关应抓住新律师法带来的机遇,积极应对各种挑战,尊重和保障律师的执业权利,建立符合现代法治精神的公诉模式。
The newly amended law gives lawyers complete participation of the right in criminal proceedings so that both the prosecution and the defense tend to equal, this namely bring opportunities and challenges to the work of the prosecution indictment. The procuratorial organ should catch hold of opportunities brought by the new lawyer law, actively meet various challenges, respect and guarantee lawyers＇ right to practice, and establish the public prosecution mode in line with the modern spirit of law
