摘要
负载模拟器可以模拟飞行器飞行过程中舵机承受的铰链力矩,是重要的半实物仿真设备之一。提出了一种基于直流力矩电机和线性驱动器的加载方案,并通过弹簧杆调节加载系统连接刚度,降低了影响电动负载模拟器性能的噪声干扰和多余力矩,设计了力矩输出大、加载精度和频响高的电动负载模拟器。建立了电动负载模拟器系统的数学模型,并与实测结果进行了对比验证。
Load simulator is an important equipment in hardware-in-loop simulation, which can simulate aerodynamic loads acting on aircraft rudder. A kind of motor driven load simulator (DMDLS) that uses DC torque motor and linear driver was designed, and flexibility pole was used to change connection stiffness of it, so measure noise and remain torque was depressed. DMDLS with large torque outputs, high static load precision and rapid response was built. The mathematical model of DMDLS was derived, which was validated by compared with results of real test.
