进一步完善农村支付结算体系,是社会主义新农村建设对现代化金融服务的基本需求。本文基于对广西农村支付结算体系建设现状的研究,从政策、体系和需求等方面提出了进一步优化农村支付结算体系与环境的相关建议。

Further consummating rural payment system is the basic development demand of modern banking services in the new socialist countrysides. This article bases on the study of the current payment system development in Guangxi, which gives us some further proposals about how to optimize the rural payment system and circumstance development from policy, system, demand, and so on.
