压缩系统对温度突升响应的动态分析

摘要 基于时间滞后概念,建立了压缩系统动态响应分析的通用模型,并对温度突升条件下多级轴流压缩系统的动态响应及气动稳定性进行了详细的数值分析。对两个算例的分析,结果表明了本文新模型的可行性。 The deve1opment of axia1 compressor in China has aIready encountered some cases inwhich abrupt rises in in1et dynamic temperature need to be considered' Limited search of theopen 1iterature has not yie1ded us any usefu1 information concerning this prob1em.In order to predict better stage shaft work and force in axia1 compressor, we estab1ish amode1 described by eqs- (1) and (2) in which time - 1ag effect is taken into account. We ap-p1y our mode1 to ana1yzing existing experimenta1 data of a certain tyPe of three - stage axialcompressor and obtain qua1itative agreement between theoretical ca1cu1ations and test data'Fig' l shows two calculated t vs DT curves l where t is the duration of transient state andDT is the rate of temperature rise in Ke1vin degrees per second' Curve 1 is for the caSe oftime - lag considered and T=o' oo3 s is the time lag calcu1ated with our mode1' Curve 2 is forthe case of T= o or no time 1ag' Curve 1 agrees qualitative1y with experimental data takenfrom Ref' l7j as shown in Fig. 2' Curve 1 deviates from curve 2 at point A corresponding toDTcr≈3000 K/s. When DT <DTcr, the duration of transient state is dependent on time lag effect.Fig. 3a corresponds to τ= 0.003 s and shows the poststall phenomena calculated with our model. When t≈40ms, the third stage becomes unstable ; when t≈43ms, the second stage becomes unstable; when t≈48ms, the first stage becomes unstable.
