摘要
通过在含尘烟气流环境下工作特性的分析,指出发展锅炉热管空气预热器研究的意义.在热管研制中探索了解决工质-管材相容性问题的综合措施及动态蒸汽钝化方法;探讨了热管传热性能的分析计算.换热器的整体设计以传热负荷和允许阻力为目标函数进行各种方案的优化选择.
After analyzing the performances of the heat exchangers,we suggested that using heat pipe heat exchangers as the air preheaters of boilers is promising.The combined mothed and processes developed in our research and manufacturing work used for reducing the discompatibility has been proved very effective and reliable in practical use.The analysis and calculation of the heat pipe's heat transfer performances have been discussed.For the heat transfer load and the allowed pressure drops in the heat exchanger,several designs for this remodelling project of the airpreheater have been made for minimizing the running and investment cost.
