过热器减温水量过大对调速给水泵节能的影响

摘要 分析了125MW机组的过热器减温水流量增加的原因及引发调速给泵在高荷范围耗能大于定速给泵的普遍现象。介绍了吴泾电厂率先在DG500—180调速泵内加装减温水升压泵,恢复调速泵全程节电的效果。改进后年节电180万kW·h。 The cause of excessive amount of attemperating water for superheater and consequently resulting a larger power consumption of variable speed feedwater pump at high boiler load than that of the constant speed feedwater pump is analysed. The first case of adding an attemperating water boosting pump on a DG500-180 variablespeed feedwater pump in Wujing Power Plant is given, and an energy saving on total load range of the variablespeed feedwater pump is obtained.
