膜式省煤器在国产 670t/h 锅炉改造中的应用

Application of Membrane Type Economizer in the Domesticallymade 670 t/h Boilers

省煤器磨损严重是国内电厂燃煤锅炉普遍存在的现象。因此，如何改善燃煤锅炉省煤器的磨损一直是锅炉行业亟待解决的问题。膜式省煤器在国产６７０ｔ／ｈ锅炉改造中的应用成功，无疑为解决这一问题提供了一条有效途径。本文就膜式省煤器的耐磨机理、结构确定及改造效果作出了相关说明。

Sever wear of economizer is a widespread existing phenomenon on the domesticallymade coalfired boilers,and is also a problem demanding prompt solution.The successful application of membrane type economizer in the refurbishment of domesticallymade 670 t/h boilers provides an effective way for solving such problems.The antiwear mechanism and determination of structure of membrane type economizer as well as refurbishment result are illustrated in this article.
