摘要
介绍FW双调风旋流燃烧器的结构特点和布置方式，通过试验对氧量、一次风量与煤量比、配风方式、燃烧器热功率、锅炉热负荷等因素对NOx生成量的影响。分析了该锅炉NOx排放过高的原因，必须将有关主要因素进行综合考虑。
This paper introduces structure characteristics and arrangement type ofdouble channel air adjusting swirl-type burner, describes influences of factors such asOxygen amount, ratio of primary air to coal,air distribution type, thermal power of burnerand thermal load of boiler on NOx production through experiments, analyzes causes ofhigh NOx emission of this boiler, and gives comprehensive consideration to main relatedfactors.
