循环流化床锅炉状态监测与故障诊断专家系统 CFBBEXPTS 的模糊知识表示

Fuzzy Knowledge Representation of Monitoring and Diagnostic Expert System of Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion Boiler(CFBBEXPTS).

以循环流化床燃烧锅炉为研究对象，讨论并建立了针对其运行过程的专家系统ＣＦＢＢＥＸＰＴＳ的模糊知识库。对本质上具有不确定性的知识进行模糊表示的方法最接近人类领域专家对知识的感知和体会。结合增量定性分析技术，模糊知识表示与对应物理对象行为的一致性和运行实时性已得到了实验上的估计和论证。针对热力对象，该文提出了新颖的热力参数不确定性和知识模糊性的表示方法，最后描述了ＣＦＢＢＥＸＰＴＳ的模糊混合（基于规则和基于结构模型与功能模型）知识库。文中所述的构建方法具有普遍性，同样适合于包括常规煤粉锅炉在内的其它热力对象的研究。

Abstract Based on rules,model structure and model functions,taking the circulating fluidized bed combustion boiler as the objective of study,a hybrid fuzzy knowledge bank of expert system(CFBBEXPTS) is discussed and established.Be aimed at thermal power objectives,a new representation method with consideration of the indetermination of the thermal parameters and the fuzziness of the knowledge is proposed in this paper.This method and proposed method could be used for conventional pulverized coal boilers and other thermal power systems as well.
