当今企业并购后的整合无论是在理论界还是企业界都是一个普遍关心、广泛讨论的一个热点话题。全球理论界对并购整合的一些重大问题：如价值创造的来源，并购整合的阶段、整合的内容及模式等方面进行了全面和深入的理论研究。本文针对企业并购后的整合理论在国内外的发展情况进行了梳理，为企业并购后整合的深入研究奠定基础。

Today Integration After Merger＆Acquisition（M＆A）is focused extensively and generally not only in business circles but also in theory circles. The theory circles have studied some relevant questions for example the stage of integration, the content of integration and the mode of integration and so on. This paper introduces synthetically development of theory about Integration after M＆A at home and abroad.
