The Countermeasures For Sustainable Development of Sci-tech Resources in Shanxi

科技资源是科技竞争力的关键组成部分，是优化产业结构的核心资源，如何优化配置是关系到陕西未来科技竞争力和可持续发展的关键。本文以大量的数据调查为基础，论述了陕西科技资源现状、存在的问题及影响优化配置的因素，最后提出了陕西科技资源可持续发展对策。其中还实证分析了陕西科技资源对经济的贡献率。

The sei-tech resources in Shaanxi is not only the key components of the Sci-teeh competitiveness, but also the core re- sources of optimizing the industrial structure. At the same time,it is also the key to the sci-tech sustainable development. Based on a large number of the investigation and data, the thesis studies the current situation of sei-tech resources in Shanxi, analyzes the problem of Optimizing the allocation of sci-tech resources, puts forward some feasible approaches to the sustainable sci-tech re- sources in Shanxi.
