手术治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床效果

Study on curative effect of surgical treatment to neovascalar glaucoma

目的对98例89眼新生血管性青光眼施行各类手术效果的分析。方法对收治的新生血管性青光眼98例89眼施行了滤过性硅管阀门植入等多种手术方法的治疗。结果术前平均眼压6．85kPa。手术后平均眼压为2．67kPa。近期疗效76眼中64眼控制，有效率84．2％；4眼需加滴0．5％噻吗心安控制，5眼不能控制。结论新生血管性青光眼施行各类手术，选择好手术适应证能够收到较为理想的视力恢复效果。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of surgical treatment to neovascular glaucoma. Methods 98 cases among 89 eyes of neovascular glaucoma treated with various surgical methods were clinically followed - up and analyzed. Results The average IOP was 6. 85 kPa pre - operation. Among them,89 eyes were treated with silicone valve implant operations, with postoperative IOP of 2.67 kPa. While in 13 cases operated by trabeculectomy and cryocoagulation, the average postoperative IOP was 4. 04 kPa. The effective power of near future curative effect was 84. 2%. Conclusion The curative effect of surgical treatment to neovascular glaucoma is ideal. Prevention is more important than treatment. Neovascular glaucoma retinal ischemia must be supplied with sufficient oxygen.
