摘要
由任课教师转变为学校管理工作成员,笔者不得不面临思想观念中关于学生“学习上的不足”深层次的积极思考。有些孩子在学校学习没有充分发挥他们的主观潜能,患有教室恐惧症(他们在校园外欢声笑语,在校园内无精打采)。这些学生被老师称作“学业残疾者”。其实,应称其为“学习速度缓慢者”。
By teaches classes the teacher to transform into the school administration work member,the author can not but face in the thought idea about the student "in the study insufficiency" the deep level positive ponder. Some children fully have not displayed their subjective potential in the school study, contracts the classroom phobophobia (they in campus adultery sound joke,in campus listless). These students are called as by teacher "the studies disability". Actually, should call it is "study speed slow".
