摘要
学科馆员制度是高校图书馆高层次服务的主要形式，本文介绍了学科馆员及学科馆员制度，阐述了建立学科馆员制度的必要性，并对学科馆员制度建设中面临的问题及其解决对策进行了探讨。
The discipline librarian system was the university library high level service main form, this article introduced the discipline librarian and the discipline librarian system, elaborated the establishment discipline librarian system necessity, and the question and the solution countermeasure which faced to the discipline librarian system construction in has carried on the discussion.
