体育学科教师“提升魅力”四说

体育学科是自然科学中的一门综合性学科，以其丰富的人文内涵和具有身心合一的教育功能，影响到每一个学生的身心健康和延伸到每一个人的终身需求。可以说，体育学科是绝大都数学生的兴趣选项。然而，深受学生喜爱的体育学科，在我国半个多世纪学校教育中，体育教师的社会魅力不尽人意，其主要原因是行业与专业在人们头脑中的价值现和社会文明程度所决定的，虽然原因是多方面的，但部分体育教师的自身行为因素制约着学生、学校和社会的认可。本人作为70年代的体育教师，就新课程理念下如何提升体育教师的魅力谈四点想法。

The sports discipline is in a natural sciences comprehensive discipline,and has the body and mind hy its rich humanities connotation to gather a education function,affects and extends to each student＇s physical and moral integrity to each person＇s lifelong demand. It can be said that, the sports discipline mostly counts certainly student＇s interest option. However, deeply the sports discipline which is liked the student, in our country more than half century school edition, gym instructor＇s social charm is unsatisfactory, its primary cause is the profession and specialized, although the reason which decided in the people brains values and the social civilized degree is various, but the partial gym instructor＇s own behavior factor is restricting the student, the school and society＇s approval. Myself took 70＇s the gym instructor,how under the new curriculum idea does promote gym instructor＇s charm to discuss four ideas.
