网络英语新词分析及其对汉语的影响

A Brief Analysis of English Cyber-Neologism and Its Influence on Chinese Language

作为语言的三大要素之一,词汇是最敏感、变化最快的。现代科技的快速发展、政治经济教育的变化和社会生活的多样化是新词产生的主要原因。本文主要从网络英语新词产生的原因、定义与特征、构成方法及其对汉语的影响四个方面浅议网络英语新词。最终,通过对网络英语新词的探索研究,激发英语学习者学习英语的兴趣,帮助其更好地了解和掌握英语新词,不断丰富英语词汇量,以满足新观念、新理论和新科技的发展要求。

As one of the three elements of language, vocabulary is the most sensitive to the fast changing. English neologism, distributed in many areas, is a mirror of social development, and the source of its improvement comes from the rapid development of modern science and technology, the change in polities, economy, education and the diversification of society as well. This paper begins with the definition of English cyber - neologism, characteristics, formation and ends with its actual influence on Chinese language. Lastly, it is hoped that the present study will stimulate English learner＇s interest in studying English Neologisms and help them enlarge their vocabulary in order to meet the demand of new ideas, theories and science technology in a new century.
