摘要 对机车柴油机的实测结果表明它与缸数少的内燃机有很大差别,本文针对多缸内燃机的特点提出了故障特征矢量的提取方法和基于子空间法模式识别的回转振动信号故障诊断方法。 The researches on engine diagnosis based on crankshaft torsional vibration signals have been reported. As a practical and convenient method of torsional vibration measurement is developed,the diagnosis becomes more practical. Unfortunately current results are all from the study of the engines with few cylindcrs. The results of this study on a 16-cylinder diesel engine 16V240 show that it is quite different from those with few cylinders. In accordance with the featurc of the engine studied in this work,a method of extracting fault characteristic vector and of the fault diagnosis based on subspace pattern recognition by using torsional vi bration signals is proposed. Additionally,the principal of a new method of torsional vibration measurement is presented in the paper.
