过程工业计算机辅助安全防护层分析技术进展

摘要 针对石化工业生产过程具有易燃易爆、有毒有害、高温高压、连续作业、链长面广等特点,以及安全防护层在消除危险隐患方面的重大作用,介绍了当前过程工业安全防护层分析的基本内容和方法,阐明了计算机辅助安全防护层分析的必要性;介绍了安全防护层与深层次的危险和可操作性之间的关系以及计算机辅助HAZOP的研究进展。值得注意的进展是,中国通过"863"课题"大型石化生产过程安全评估(2003AA412310)"的研究,自主开发了SDG-HAZOP软件平台,为计算机辅助安全防护层LOPA平台研发创造了先决条件,这将使中国在过程工业计算机辅助安全防护层分析方面达到国际领先水平。 In accordawle with that the petrochemical industry productions has characteristics with inflammable,explosible,toxic etc. and the significance in eliminating hazard and risk in process plant, analysis of protective layers (LOPA), the theory and method of LOPA is introduced,and the necessity of compute aided LOPA is discussed. Then the relationship of LOPA and deep HAZOP and the progress of compute aided HAZOP is described. It is notable that SDG-HAZOP platform is developed by the 863 project "Risk Assessment of Large Petrochemical Processes" in our country. This is the foundation of developing computed aided LOPA. It is a good chance for us to catch up the world level in compute aided LOPA area.
