摘要
对传统的高压汽包液位三冲量的控制方式进行改进,建立相应的数学模型,采用变PID参数的方法,优化了高压汽包的液位控制,提高了调节精度保证高压汽包的安全运行并实现了节能降耗,而且这种变PID参数在化工企业具有很大的推广意义,特别在一些负荷变化较大,无法全部投入自动控制的单元实现全自动控制,提高了装置的自动化水平。
A mathematic model has been built to improve the traditional 3-elements level control in the high pressure steam drum. Variable PID parameters were applied in the model to optimize the level control of HP drum,to raise the adjustment precision,thus to ensure safety running of HP drum,realize energy-saving and reduce consumption. It is a meaningful to popularize this solution plan said above, especially to realize full automatic control in the units where it is hardly possible to put into auto-control due to dramatically changing load, therefore it greatly promotes the auto-control level of plant.
