摘要
本文建立了柴油机缸内辐射传热多维数值计算模型,包括:(1)燃烧模型;(2)几何分区模型;(3)辐射温度模型;(4)碳粒浓度模型;(5)碳粒吸收系数模型;(6)辐射全交换面积的蒙特卡罗方法计算模型。针对缸内不规则的几何形状,将计算区域分为10个表面区和4个气体区,考虑了具有发射和吸收特性的参与性介质存在的情况,并对用蒙特卡罗方法得到的计算结果进行了光顺,从而得到了缸内辐射传热各参量随曲轴转角变化的空间分布。

A Multidimensional theoretical model of radiation heat transfer in cylinder of diesel engines has been developed,which includes combustion,geometrical description,radiation temperature,soot concentration,absorption coefficient and total exchange areas submodels.In this code,a system of incylinder is divided into 10 surface zones and 4 gas zones.Both the absorbingemitting media and the complex structure of the cylinder can be treated with ease.The MonteCarlo method with smoothing technique is used to calculate radiative total exchange areas.The Mutidimensional results of radiative parameters in diesel combustion chamber varying with crank angles can be obtained.
