4865例阵发性室上性心动过速导管消融治疗回顾分析

A Retrospective Study of 4865 Cases of Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia Treated with Catheter Ablation

为进一步指导临床工作,本文回顾性分析了我院近10年来对4 865例阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)患者的射频消融治疗情况。结果显示,在本研究中,共有房室折返性心动过速患者2 092例,其中左侧房室附加束1 415例,右侧房室附加束677例,房室结折返性心动过速2 773例。射频消融总成功率为99.71%、术后半年复发率为1.73%、总的并发症发生率为1.25%。提示,射频消融治疗快速性心律失常具有安全、有效、成功率高以及并发症发生率低等特点,是临床PSVT患者的首选治疗手段。

In recent 10 years, using radiofrequency catheter ablation, our medical center has treated 4865 cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia（PSVT）. To improve clinical practice, a retrospective analysis of this group was made. In this group, 2092 cases were atrioventricular reentry tachycardia（AVRT））, including 1415 left accesory pathway and 677 right accesory pathway, and 2773 cases were atrioventricular nodal reentry taehycardia （AVNRT）. The total success rate of radiofrequency treatment is 99.71% the recurrence rate after half a year 1.73 % ; the total complication rate 1.25%. In conclusion, radiofrequency ablation is a safe and effective treatment for taehycardia with high rate of success and low rate of complication.
