摘要
高强度聚焦超声(High-intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)能够准确消融靶区组织而不会对靶区周围邻近组织造成损伤。近年来,HIFU作为一种无创的、有效的、可行的治疗技术,已成功地在临床上应用于肿瘤的治疗。HIFU换能器的研究是这项技术的核心。本文综述了HIFU技术当前所采用的声透镜聚焦换能器、球面自聚焦换能器、多元自聚焦换能器、电子相控阵列聚焦换能器的特征和新进展,并对这四种聚焦超声换能器的性能进行了评价。
High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) has been used to precisely ablate a targeted area within the body without harming the overlying tissues. In recent years, HIFU, as a noninvasive, effective and feasible rnodality, has been used for cancer therapy. The development of HIFU transducer is the key technology of HIFU. This paper shows the acoustic lens transducer, spherical auto-focused transducer, pluralistic auto-focused transducer and the electronic phased array transducer in HIFU treatment, and the performance of each of the four HIFU transducers was evaluated.
