药效相互作用模型及临床应用

Pharmacodynamic Interaction Model and Its Clinical Application

摘要 在临床麻醉中,常联合使用两种或两种以上药物以达到麻醉的要求。因此,只有充分了解药物之间的相互作用,才能合理地用药。为了定量描述药物之间的相互作用,人们建立了很多药效相互作用模型。目前已广泛应用的模型有等辐射图示法和Logistic回归模型等。近年来,反应曲面法被用于药物相互作用的研究,形成新的药效学模型,有很大应用价值。 In clinical anesthetic practice, anesthetists usually use two or more drugs to achieve anesthetized state. For appropriate administration, anesthetists must understand interactions between drugs. In order to quantitatively describe drug interactions, researchers have established a large variety of pharmaeodynamie interaction models. So far, the widely-applied models are Isobolograms and Logistic regression model. Recently, a new pharmaeodynamie interaction model that adopts response surface methodology has been used to investigate drug interactions; it has been noted to be of great value in anesthetic practice.
