花凉亭水电站的转轮换型改造

摘要 花凉亭水电站原转轮型号为HL263,但电站实际运行水头远低于设计水头,发电机等电气设备远远没有得到有效利用。通过可行性论证更换为A296转轮后,不仅振动等综合指标优于改造前,而且与改造前相比,在多年平均水头下,出力提高20%以上,效率提高3%。转轮换型改造给花凉亭水电站带来了较好的经济效益,可以在其他具有类似状况的中小型水电站推广应用。 As the original runner that called HL263 of Hualiangting power station had been operating on lower than rated head , the utilization of generator or other electric equipment not sufficient. Replacing the original runner with A296 runner in Hualiangting power station in the basis of discussion of applicability have obtained the good performance and economic benefits . Compare to the original runner, the output arise 20%, the efficient arise 3%, at the many years average head, and also improve the vibration of units.
