介绍了人机系统多目标优化寻求全局最优解的困难，同时分析了某些领域研究成果解决此难题有利和不利的方面．最终提出了多目标全局寻优的杂交策略，并以设计实例演示了与之相应的具体算法．

The difficulties to seed out on overall optimal solution in the humanmechanics system's multiobjective optimizing are introduced in this paper,and the favorable and unfavorable aspects to overcome the difficult problems by some fields' research fruits are analyzed lastly,the hybridizing tactics to optimize multiobjective problems are suggested,and the concrete algorithms to correspond with them are demonstrated using the design example.
