森林火险等级信息手机短信发布平台研究

森林火险等级预测技术已经较为成熟，但是目前火险等级信息发布渠道依然较少，存在着信息发布不畅、覆盖率低的问题。该文提出的森林火险等级手机短信定制与发布方法，有效的降低信息发布成本、提高了信息发送的灵活性，扩大的信息接收范围，非常适合森林防火基层单位使用。

This article described the design of SMS Warning System of Wildfire Danger R.ating. Now it is hard to publish wildfire danger rating information .Using this SMS Warning System, could send information flexibility, reduCe costs, extend its scope of services.
