一种基于小波视频编码器的码率控制算法

摘要 码率控制是视频编码的重要组成部分。根据小波视频编码器的特点,提出了一种基于小波视频编码器的码率控制算法,给出了I帧根据缓冲器的容量分配固定的比特数的策略;提出了基于能量的P帧的码率分配策略,实验效果验证了所提出算法的有效性。 Rate control is an important component of the video encoding. According to the characteristics of wavelet video encoder, propose a rate control algorithm based on wavelet video coder. The allocation strategy is on the basis of buffer capacity for intra frame which is allocated fixed bits, and based on energy for inter frame. Simulation results show the proposed algorithm is effective.
