热线型氨敏元件的研制

摘要 本实验测定了掺杂贵金属及V2O5等金属氧化物对此热线型氨敏元件的灵敏度及选择性的影响。发现加入0.75%的金,再浸沉1%的钒酸盐溶液对氨有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性。对100ppm的NH3响应时间为50s。此热线型氨敏元件具有功耗低(150mW),初期稳定时间短,长期稳定性较好的特点。 The addition effects of precious metal and some metal oxides such as V 2O 5 on the sensitivity and selectivity of this hotwire-type ammonia sensor were investigated. The addition of 0.75% gold and the impregnation of 1% vanadate afforded to the most prominent selectivity and sensitivity of ammonia.The response time to 100ppm ammonia was 50 seconds.This hotwire-type ammonia sensor had the characteristics of low power(150ppm),short initial stable time and good long stabability.
