摘要
通信项目因其全程全网的特征,一次呼叫或者一次访问需要很多的系统配合才能完成。单个项目在计算收益、投资和成本时,需要考虑占用其他系统的资源并进行分摊,如何准确计算其占用的其他系统资源一直是行业内的一个难点,行业内通常根据经验值估计分摊系数,本文利用层次分析法建立通信项目经济评价效益分摊模型,利用模型计算分摊系数,把定性的经验值转化为量化的数据,解决了这一行业应用难点。
A call session or a visiting requires cooperation of multi-systems due to the integrality of communication projects. Resource utilizing needs to be estimated while calculating the benefits, investments and costs of a particular project. It becomes difficult to calculate the utilizing percentage of other systems within the whole industry. The experienced coefficient was generally used as the distribution coefficient. This paper constructed the benefits distribution model of the communication projects by applying analytic hierachy process. The experienced coefficients were converted to quantified data by applying the distribution coefficient of the model calculation, in order to solve the problem of actual application within the industry.
