摘要 用失重法研究了在1.0 mol/LHCl中5种有机染料——丽春红S(PS)、俾士麦棕Y(BBY)、玫瑰桃红R(BR)、橙黄G(OG)和橙黄IV(OIV)在冷轧钢表面的吸附及缓蚀作用。结果表明:染料PS和BBY具有中等程度的缓蚀作用,且在钢表面的吸附符合Temkin吸附模型;其余3种染料BR、OG和OIV的缓蚀性能较差。5种染料的缓蚀率排序为:PS>BBY>BR>OG>OIV。 Adsorption and corrosion inhibition of organic dyes poncean red S (PS) , bismarck brown Y ( BBY ) , bordeaux R (BR), orange G (OG) and orange Ⅳ (OIV) on the surface of cold rolled steel (CRS) in 1.0 mol/L HCl solution was investigated by weight loss method. Result showed that PS and BBY were acted as moderate inhibitors, and their adsorption on CRS surface was obeyed with the Temkin adsorption isotherm equation. The other three dyes BR, OG and OIV had poor inhibition, which was ordered as PS 〉 BBY 〉 BR 〉 OG 〉 OIV.
