摘要
以单片机及控制电路为基础,采用集成电路器件,设计了一种多通道的高精度的压电陶瓷驱动电源。介绍该电源的硬件系统结构和高精度的稳定性设计,经测试,纹波电压小于20mV,分辨率为6mV,非线性误差小于0.1%,连续工作8h,电压时漂为6mV,频率响应3kHz以上。
In the base of SCM and its controlled circuit, use integrate circuit amplifier, the piezoelectric multichannel power is designed. In this paper, the power supply's hardware system configuration and high precision stability's design are introduced. By testing, the ripple voltage is less than 20mV, the resolution is 6mV, the nonlinear error is less than 0.1%, the voltage time excursionn is less than 6mV after eight hours continuous working, the power bandwidth could be 3kHz.
