概述国内外学者对知识管理关键成功因素认识的不同观点,利用归纳法得出知识管理关键成功因素主要包括6个方面,即高层管理者的领导与支持、组织(企业)文化、信息技术设施、培训(学习)、知识结构、绩效评价,解析这6种关键成功因素对知识管理实施的影响。

This paper summarizes various views of critical success factors of knowledge management recognized by scholars at home and aboard, and reaches a conclusion that critical success factors of knowledge management mostly include six aspects, namely, top management leadership and support, organizational cuIture or corporate culture, information systems infrastructure, training and learn- ing, knowledge structure, performance measurement. At last, it analyses the effects of the six critical success factors to knowledge management implementation.
