摘要
知识外包不仅是知识转移的过程,更是客户和服务商合作知识创新的过程。两期知识外包模型研究客户和服务商的重复博弈中,激励合约的设计问题。模型考虑合作知识创新的所有权保护,知识转移的显性激励,前期产出对后期的隐性激励这些因素的影响,给出激励合约的策略选择。
Knowledge process outsourcing is not only a process of knowledge transfer but also a process of cooperative innovation between client and vendor. A two-stage knowledge outsourcing model studies the design of incentive contract in the repeated game of client and vendor. The model gives the strategy by considering protection of intellectual property rights, explicit incentive and implicit incentive of pre-period outputs.
