Reference pricing is a regulating system of price which is drawn keen attention worldwide.In accordance with deep investigation of relevant overseas literature,the paper analyzes the structures of regulation and the relevant effects.Then,it makes a review on the research work of the principle of clustering and reference price setting,and the impact of reference pricing on behavior of referrals in market and the final price.
