江苏省预防控制血吸虫病中长期规划健康教育中期评估

Mid-term evaluation of health education for prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Jiangsu Province

目的评价江苏省实施预防控制血吸虫病中长期规划以来血吸虫病防治健康教育的做法与效果。方法针对不同人群制作和发放实物类、印刷类和声像类健康教育材料,并开展相关的血防健康教育活动,采用现场问卷方法,随机抽查测试五年级1个班学生和整群抽查沿江30～50户居民,统计血防知识知晓率和行为判断正确率,评估健康教育效果。结果2004～2007年全省共举办培训班2287期,培训人员111273人次,开展血防健康教育活动7.77万次,制作和发放血防健康教育宣传材料456.97万件,累计受血防教育4226.40万人次。2007年调查17个县34所学校学生1395人,平均得分为84.59分,知晓率为93.05%,行为判断正确率为86.09%;调查10个县15个沿江村居民468人,血防知识平均得分为81.79分,知晓率为89.10%,行为判断正确率为57.91%,居民血防行为正确率普遍较低。结论江苏省血防健康教育培训到位、材料丰富,形式多样、覆盖面广,促进沿江居民血防正确行为的形成是提高血防健康教育水平的工作重点。

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education for schistosomiasis control after implementing the mediumand-long-term program of prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Jiangsu Province. Methods The materials of health education, including practicality, printing and video and voice, were fabricated and handed out according to different target populations, and activities of health education for schistosomiasis control were also carried out. A random sampling survey was conducted among the students of one class of Grade 5 and a cluster sampling survey was conducted in 30 - 50 households living along the Yangtze River by using the field questionnaire method. The awareness rate of knowledge about schistosomiasis control and the accuracy rate of behavior judgment were calculated. Results From 2004 to 2007, in Jiangsu Province, a total of 2 287 training courses were held and 111 273 person/times were trained. A total of 77 700 activities of health education for schistosomiasis control were performed, and 4 569 700 materials of health education for schistosomiasis were fabricated and handed out. The total accumulative number of populations being educated for schistosomiasis control was 42 264 000. A total of 1 395 students from 34 schools in 17 counties were surveyed in 2007, the average score of knowledge about schistosomiasis control was 84.59, the awareness rate of knowledge about schistosomiasis control was 93.05% , and the accuracy rate of behavior judgment was 86.09%. A total of 468 residents from 15 villages along the Yangtze River in 10 counties were surveyed, the average score of knowledge about schistosomiasis control was 81.79, the awareness rate of knowledge about schistosomiasis control was 89.10% , and the accuracy rate of behavior judgment was 57.91%. The accuracy rate of behavior judgment in residents was generally low. Conclusions The training of health education for schistosomiasis control is suitable and the materials of health education are in various forms. To promote the formation of correct behavior of schistosomiasis control in residents tiving along the Yangtze River is the emphasis of improving the health education for schistosomiasis control.
