摘要
目的构建基于MapX控件和GPS的适用于基层血吸虫病防治部门的地理信息系统(GIS)软件。方法以全区血防工作为平台,每年春季查螺时,使用卫生部统一配发的GPSMAP76型手持式全球定位系统(GPS)采集钉螺环境地理资料;使用江宁区行政区划地图制作电子地图;以Visual Basic为开发平台,基于MapX、MSComm控件和ACCESS数据库软件,集成GPS开发基层血吸虫病防治GIS软件;将电子地图和螺情等资料导入到该系统中。结果利用GPS和GIS开发钉螺分布GIS软件,将现场测量的GPS数据转换到本系统后,能准确地计算出每个有螺环境的面积,方便简捷地打印出各个有螺环境的分布图。设计了日常基层血防资料的录入、管理、统计、分析功能,能形成多种报表。结论此软件适用于基层血吸虫病防治单位,使血吸虫病防治工作中各种信息的采集、储存、查询、分析变得简捷准确。
GPSMAP76 was used to collect environmental geography information of Oncomelania snails based on the annual work of schistosomiasis control in spring, and the electronic maps were made by using the administrative map of Jiangning District. The geographical information system (GIS) software for schistosomiasis control in grass root was developed based on MapX, MSCommand and ACCESS database. After the electronic maps and data of snail situation introducing into the GIS system, it showed that the software could calculate the snail area accurately and print the distribution chart rapidly. Meanwhile, the software also had the functions of data import, management, statistics, analysis and report making. It is indicated that the software which can make the information collection, storage, search and analysis more convenient, is suitable for the schistosomiasis control at grass root.
