摘要
目的探讨T细胞免疫球蛋白域黏蛋白域蛋白-3启动子区-882T>C基因多态性与尘螨变应性鼻炎的关系。方法运用多聚酶链反应技术检测88例尘螨变应性鼻炎及102例正常人Tim-3启动子区-882T>C基因多态性。结果尘螨变应性鼻炎组Tim-3启动子区-882T>CC/C、C/T、T/T表型频率分别为:0.9773、0.0227、0,对照组分别为,0.9804、0.0196、0;尘螨变应性鼻炎组Tim-3启动子区-882T>C、Tim-3启动子区-882T>C基因频率分别为:0.9886、0.0114。对照组分别为:0.9902、0.0098,Tim-3启动子区-882T>C各种基因型频率在患者组与正常对照组之间的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论广东汉族人群Tim-3启动子区-882T>C存在单核苷酸多态性变异,Tim-3启动子区-882T>C基因多态性与尘螨变应性鼻炎无明显相关。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship of Tim-3 promoter-882 T〉C polymorphisms and dust acrid of allergic rhinitis. [Methods] The polymorphism of Tim-3 promoter-882T〉C polymorphisms gene was detected by PCR-RELP. [Results] The gene frequency of Tim-3 promotor-882T〉C polymorphisms in AR group was as followed： Tim-3 promotor-882T〉C C/C, C/T, T/T genotype frequency： 0.9773, 0.0227, 0,Tim-3 promotor-882T〉C, Tim-3 promoter-882 Gene frequency： 0.9886, 0.0114. The gene frequency of Tim-3 promoter-882T〉C in control group was as followed： Tim-3 promoter-882T〉C C/C, C/T, T/T genotype frequency： 0.9804, 0.0196, 0,Tim-3 promoter-882T〉C, Tim-3 promoter-882T〉C Gene frequency： 0.9902, 0.0098. There were no significant differences of the frequencies of Tim-3 promoter-882T〉C gene between the patients and control group （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusions] No evident association was found between Tim-3 promoter-882T〉C polymorphism and dust acrid of allergic rhinitis.
