准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视的疗效观察与护理

Effectiveness and nursing of excimer laser in-situ keratomileusis for correction of myopia

目的评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in-situ keratomileusis,LASIK)治疗近视的疗效并总结该治疗方法的护理体会。方法对367例(694眼)行LASIK的近视患者给予规范的专科护理,并观察其临床疗效。结果中低度、高度及超高度近视组术后的平均裸眼视力在术后1d较术前均有显著提高,在3个月内存在一定的波动,1年后平均裸眼视力分别为1.02、0.81、0.51,基本达到术前最佳矫正视力水平。结论LASIK治疗近视的疗效满意。细致的护理对保证疗效有一定的积极意义。

[Objective] To assess the therapeutic effects of Excimer laser in-situ keratomileusis （LASIK） for correction of myopia, and to summarize its nursing experience. [Methods] Six hundred and ninety-four eyes of 367 patients with myopia were treated with LASIK. Normalized special nursing care Was performed on these patients, and clinical results after LASIK were observed. [Results] The mean uncorrected visual acuity （UCVC） of the three groups increased significantly on the second day after LASIK, and fluctuated in three months to a certain extent. One year after LASIK, the mean UCVC of patients with low-middle, high and extremely high myopia was 1.02, 0.81, 0.51, respectively, which met the best spectacle-corrected visual acuity of these patients before LASIK. [Conclusion] LASIK is a satisfactory treatment for correction of myopia. Meanwhile, the intesive nursing cars plays a positive role on ensuring the efficacy of LASIK.
